These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by BranlaCodes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

All services provided by BranlaCodes will be defined in a written agreement or Statement of Work outlining project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any services not specifically listed in the agreement are not included

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to website launch, file transfer, or ownership handoff. Late payments may delay project delivery.

3. Revisions

Projects include a limited number of revision rounds as specified in the Statement of Work. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary content, images, branding materials, account access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or content delivery may extend project timelines

5. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design transfers to the Client. BranlaCodes retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, payment processors, or plugins). BranlaCodes is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues caused by third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

BranlaCodes is not liable for business performance outcomes, lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from website use or service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Any completed work must be paid for prior to transfer.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates
